Our adventure starts with an exhilarating horseback ride through the jungle, where you’ll enjoy lush vegetation, fresh air, and the thrill of exploring rural landscapes. Then, we’ll continue to the impressive Basilica of Our Lady of Altagracia, one of the most important religious and pilgrimage sites in the Dominican Republic.
Next, we’ll visit the lively local market of Higüey, immersing ourselves in local traditions, daily life, and Dominican culture. We’ll also stop at a handicraft shop, where you can admire local craftsmanship and purchase unique souvenirs.
The journey continues toward the breathtaking Anamuya Mountains, where you’ll enjoy a refreshing swim in a natural river followed by a delicious Dominican buffet-style lunch. After lunch, we’ll visit a traditional Dominican house, where you’ll taste local coffee and cocoa while learning about native plants and agricultural traditions.
To complete this enriching experience, we’ll visit a cigar factory, where you’ll have the opportunity to make your own cigar and take it home as a memorable souvenir. Finally, we’ll relax at the stunning Macao Beach, enjoying free time to swim, sunbathe, and unwind before returning to your hotel.
